At Wholesale Body Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are faulty or incorrect, you may return them within 14 days of receipt provided they remain in their original, heat-sealed hygienic packaging.

  Send your package to our returns department using a tracked shipping method to ensure its safe arrival at our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the items are in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
