We prioritize safety and quality, offering jewelry crafted from 316L Surgical Steel, Grade 23 Titanium (Ti-6AL4V-ELi), and 14kt Gold. All materials are hypoallergenic and comply with international nickel directives.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing?
Yes, to maintain our competitive wholesale rates, we require a minimum order value of $100. There are no specific quantity requirements per individual item, allowing you to mix and match styles.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance.
Can I return items if they don't sell?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry unless the item is defective or shipped in error. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Are your products sterilized before shipping?
Our jewelry is shipped in clean, factory-new condition but is not pre-sterilized. We strongly recommend that all professional piercers autoclave the jewelry before use in an initial piercing.
Do you provide displays or packaging with orders?
While our standard wholesale items are shipped in bulk poly-bags to save you costs, we offer a separate 'Displays & Packaging' section where you can purchase branded boxes, cards, and counter displays.
