StarBrite Colors Deep Freeze is a cool color and among one of the widest ranges of blue for its brightness and vividness when it comes to saturating in the skin.
Easily mixes with such colors as Baby Blue or Country Blue but can be darkened with Amethyst and lightened with Glacier Blue.
Deep Freeze can be mixed with Battleship Grey or Silver Magnolia for creating lighter or darker blue pastel shades.
