Single 1oz bottle of StarBrite Ink.

From the manufacturer:
Deep Blue is a true, solid, concentrated color that is good for tinting blacks or washing out for water effects.
Mix with Deep Green to get a nice turquoise and tint with Brite White for lighter blues.
Use with other blues to create contrast and smooth gradients. It's an all around great color.
